This is a vertical three layer wrapping machine, take the wrapping (paper belt and aluminum foil) by belt turn table rotation to wrapping is on the core wire and it owns three wrapping heads to carry out wrapping of three times to the right, middle and left respectively. Working principle:      
The machine is double-head wrapping and transmitted by A.C. motor with belt. The rotation of a pair of bevel gear by gear makes the lapping disk rotate to the right and left direction. The core wire rotates by leading wheel with two wrapping and then carries out secondary wrapping to the wrapping belt on the core wire in order to reach the purpose of secondary wrapping. The speed of leading wheel can be changed by adjusting continuous variable speed transmission to meet the demand of different lapping pitches. The wrapping machine with single head, double-head or three-head can be produced according to the requirements of the customs.
